"This work stores nothing while you look. Only what you choose to send."

2. Overview

THE LAST INPUT is an artwork that runs entirely in your browser. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics and loads no third-party content (no external fonts, no CDNs, no embedded videos or maps). All files are delivered from our own server.

Personal data is only transmitted to us in two cases: when you actively submit an offer or actively send a message via the contact form.

3. What happens only in your browser

During your visit the work calculates a "profile" (e.g. scroll speed, mouse movement, time spent, whether you followed an instruction). These values are processed only locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to us or anyone else, not stored, and gone when you close the tab. The same applies to the "Your AI Profile" card (generated on your device) and to the text field in the "Human Layer" (neither sent nor stored).

4. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place.

When pages are requested, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser identifier) in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). [Retention/anonymisation of logs according to the KAS settings.]

5. Offer form ("The Vault")

Data

Name, company, email address, country, optionally VAT ID and message, the amount offered, your confirmation that you act as a business, and date and time.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing your offer and preparing a purchase contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). For an accepted offer, the author receives an email with your details and contacts you personally.

Preventing abuse

Every person has three attempts. To enforce this and prevent abuse, failed attempts are counted per email address and per hashed IP address: your IP address itself is not stored, only an irreversible value derived from it with a secret key. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a fair sale without abuse).

Automated check

Whether an offer reaches the (unpublished) minimum is checked automatically. No personal aspects are evaluated; the check is necessary to process the offer (Art. 22 (2) (a) GDPR). A contract is only ever concluded through the author's personal acceptance. You can contact us at any time at the address above.

Retention

The required fields are necessary to process an offer. There is no obligation to submit an offer.

6. Contact form and email

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise (f)). Messages from the form are not stored in a database; they are delivered by email and deleted once the request has been handled, unless retention obligations apply. To limit spam, a hashed IP address with a timestamp is kept for 24 hours.

7. Recipients and third countries

Your data is only received by the author and by the hosting provider as processor (also for sending emails). There is no transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

9. Encryption

The website and all forms are transmitted exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
